Q: Where do I find my correct size? 

A: Each item is by a different manufacturer, so each listing will have the sizing chart in its individual description box. Vintage items also have their measurements listed in their description. If you are unsure or feel like you are between sizes, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please see Shipping and Return Policy on the homepage. 

Q: Can I return a vintage item?

A: No. All vintage items are final sale in addition to sale items, earrings, lingerie, hosiery, petticoats and undergarments. 

Q: How do I make an exchange?

A: First, contact us through email at bygonebettie@gmail.com. We will grant an exchange only for the same item in a different size. You will need to go through the return process with us and once we receive the returned item, we will ship out the new replacement item. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label at a fee of $8.  As we are a small business, there is a chance that we may be already sold out of the item in your desired size. At this point, we will need to change this into a simple return. Make sure you redirect to our Shipping and Returns Policy to ensure it is in the window of time for a return.

A: Absolutely! One of the best parts of being in the business is building relationships with all of you!
