Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order in our system. Please make sure your order is placed with all items needed before you confirm your order. As long as your item is not labeled FINAL SALE, you may send it back for a refund after receiving it in the mail (shipping fees are non-refundable). See Return Policy for more details. 

Any items that are VINTAGE, EARRINGS, UNDERGARMENTS, HOSIERY, CRINOLINES, LINGERIE OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for return.
